Dairy
.
The foundation of our farm operation is dairy cattle of the Holstein breed, which was chosen with the goal of generating daily income from milk. Holstein has long been recognized as a breed that produces both quantity and quality milk. We cross the cows with Red or Black wagyu as part of our breeding strategy to produce an F1 wagyu cross.

Wagyu
.
In our house, the cross between Red Wagyu and dairy cattle (Holstein) produces a small frame, excellent meat, large eye muscle, and superior marbling. Furthermore, crossing with our black Wagyu line will result in offspring with high-quality performance and marbling. Our wagyu sources have genetically confirmed their genetic potential in producing meat with high marbling by using a genetic marker to ensure the offspring inherit the trait.

Exoctic Cattle
.
In Indonesia, genetic improvement of local cattle breeds is critical to increasing meat production and meeting the demand for beef suitable for local cuisine. This is due to the fact that cattle are an important source of food and income for many communities throughout the country. The best cows with desirable traits, such as high meat quality, reasonable growth rates, and disease resistance, are chosen for our local cattle breeding program.
